Eclipse/SVN: ClientException: system cannot find the file specified

Message: svn: Can't create tunnel: The system cannot find the file specified.

  • Check the SVN Interface in Eclipse/Preferences - try SVNKit instead of JavaHL
  • This error also manifests as malformed reply from SOCKS server
